You can make variations unselectable based on user roles or countries.

Installation procedure:

1. Download variation-restrictions plugin.
2. Extract “variation-restrictions.zip” archive content to the “/wp-content/plugins/user-role-editor” directory.
3. Activate “variation-restrictions” plugin via ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin menu.
