Inclusive Parents

Allow draft, private, scheduled, and password-protected pages to be selected as parents in page dropdowns. Private and password-protected pages may also be added to menus and the Pages widget.

• Limit menu screen statuses to public, private, and password.
• Use labels instead of names for (status) suffixes.
