Integrazo Automator allows you to connect supported WordPress form plugins and WooCommerce with various CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms.
The plugin enables structured data transfer using secure authentication and API-based communication.

An integration is created by selecting a plugin, choosing a product, authenticating the account, mapping fields, and applying any optional conditions.

Supported services may vary by account type. You can view all available services in the Select Product popup.

These supported products are used across CRM integration, email list management, spreadsheet recording, and automation workflows.

Connect Service

  1. Go to the Setup page.
  2. Select a supported plugin from the left side.
  3. Select a supported product or service from the right side.
  4. Click Save and Next.

Sign In / Authenticate

  1. Enter an account name.
  2. Follow the instructions shown for the selected product.
  3. Authenticate the account.
  4. Manage multiple authenticated connections in the Accounts tab.

Map Fields

  1. Select a form or WooCommerce event.
  2. Select a list or module based on the chosen service.
  3. Map fields between your plugin and the selected service.
  4. Configure optional Add or Update options.
  5. Apply filter criteria if required.
  6. Save the mapping.

Logs

  • View all integration logs in a structured list.
  • Status values include SUCCESS and RECORD_FAILED.
  • Resync or delete records individually or in bulk.
  • Filter logs by integration, status, or time.
  • View detailed API responses and submitted data.

– Enable Delete Data on Uninstall.
– Configure automatic log cleanup.

– Enable email alerts for failed syncs.

Installation

Automatic Installation
1. Go to Plugins Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
2. In the search bar, type Integrazo and locate this plugin.
3. Click Install and then Activate.

Manual Installation
1. Upload the plugin ZIP file via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Go to the plugin settings and complete the setup.

Yes. WooCommerce order events can sync to Zoho Inventory.
After selecting WooCommerce and Zoho Inventory:
1. Authenticate your Zoho Inventory account.
2. Select a Zoho Inventory module such as Sales Orders.
3. Map WooCommerce fields like customer data, items, totals, and addresses.
4. Save the mapping.

Does the plugin support sending WooCommerce orders to Zoho Books?

Yes. WooCommerce orders can be sent to Zoho Books.
After selecting WooCommerce and Zoho Books:
1. Authenticate your Zoho Books account.
2. Select a module such as Contacts, Sales Orders, or Invoices.
