Viberent Rental Management Plugin

Viberent is a cloud-based rental management system that allows equipment rental businesses to further improve their rental operations through strong inventory management, invoicing integration to Xero, MYOB and QBO, and much more. The Viberent plugin for WordPress allows you to enable your customers to check availability of your rental items and place orders via your website. You no longer have to manually re-enter orders from your website into your Viberent system.

WordPress Requirements:

• PHP 7.0 or greater
• MySQL 5.0 or greater
• PHP mbstring extension
• PHP cURL extension (recommended)
• PHP variable safe_mode must be disabled (if cURL is not installed)
• PHP variable allow_url_fopen must be enabled (if cURL is not installed)
• Access to cron on server (recommended)

Getting started

• Download the Viberent WordPress plugin
• Install the plugin
• Launch the plugin
• Provide your Viberent API key details and click Login
• Select your preferred layout, enter your shop name and click save
• Go to your chosen layout to visit your online store

1. Install using the WordPress built-in Plugin installer, or Extract the zip file and drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. After activating the plugin, a new menu called ‘Login To Viberent’ will appear in WordPress
4. Go to ‘Login To Viberent’
5. Enter the API key to connect with the viberent system
6. Select your preferred layout, enter your shop name and click ‘Save’
7. Go to your chosen layout to visit your online store
