This Plugin requires WooCommerce plugin and Machship Account.

Machship is a cloud-based freight management software that centrally manages your entire freight task, across all your carriers.

By connecting your WooCommerce store to your MachShip account you can charge your customer what you’re going to be charged and never lose on freight.

This plugin is using the MachShip API and MachShip integration layer APIs.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Install Woocommerce in your wordpress
2. Install Machship Shipping plugin
3. Click to Woocommerce in the sidebar and select “Settings”
4. Open Shipping tab
5. Click a Zone and add Machship Shipping as one of your Shipping Method
6. Machship Shipping settings
   1. In the subtabs of Shipping, click “Machship Shipping” subtab.
   2. Tick Enable Machship Shipping
   3. Contact Machship for the Credentials and token needed for this plugin to operate
   4. Add Widget descriptions
   5. Add Shipping Margins
   6. Add Messages when No available Shipping
   7. Add Contact us information
   8. Add Warehouses locations
   9. Add Quick Quote label and position
   10. Then save
7. Migrate Product Box
   1. Click to Woocommerce in the sidebar and select “Machship Product Box Migration”
   2. Select package type
   3. Choose any warehouse you created earlier
   4. Then Click Go
8. Manually Edit Product
   1. Click Product in the sidebar
   2. Select which product to edit
   3. Scroll down and look for “Product Quote Settings Customisations”
   4. Tick Enable
   5. (Optional) Add international fields
   6. Select warehouse availability
   7. Add number of items/boxes for this product
   8. Then fill in the dimensions/weight of the item/box
   9. Select package type
   10. After all changes click Product page “Update”

Do I require a Machship account to use this plugin?

Yes – to use this plugin, you will need to have a Machship account with your carriers and rates loaded in.

Can it show a single price, which is the cheapest of my carriers?

Absolutely – we can group your carriers and return the cheapest price.

Will shipping prices include residential fees and tailgate fees for heavy items?

Yes – we can set a threshold for tailgate fees and either:
a) ask customers if they are a business/residential address
b) charge a residential surcharge to all customers
