Can I create my own custom map?

Yes, any image/vector file can be used as map base. You can draw your own maps or use files downloaded from the internet.

What file formats are supported?

The supported map formats are JPG, PNG (image) and SVG (vector). Mixing vector and raster is also possible by embedding images in SVG file.

What’s the difference between image and vector maps?

Both image and vector based maps can be created using Mapplic. In case of image maps, locations can only be represented by markers (pins). Clickable map elements (like country or lot shape) are only supported in vector maps.

Can I redirect locations to a link?

Yes, there is built-in support for that, locations can be redirected to any URL.
