当プラグインは問い合わせフォームをWordpress内で実現するもので、日本語環境のみで動作します。
主な機能は次のような3つの構成になっています。
1)管理画面によるシステム動作環境の定義。
2)簡単なフォーム様式の設計。
3)フォーム全体の処理モジュール群。
問い合わせフォームは世の中に沢山ありますが、データを横表示と縦表示に切り替えられるのが特徴です。
当プラグインは一貫システムなので設計から運用までに利用できます。
なお、上位システムであるマイFORM（https://pierre-soft.com/myform/）と連携して信頼性を向上させています。

Our plugin realizes an inquiry form in WordPress, and works only in Japanese environment.
The main function constitutes following three.
1)The definition of the system movement environment with the management screen.
2)The design of the simple form style.
3)Handling of whole form module group.
There is the inquiry form in the world a lot, but it features it that data are changed to wide indication and vertical indication.
As our plug in is a consistency system, it is available before operation from a design.
In addition, I improve reliability in cooperation with MYFORM (https://pierre-soft.com/myform/) which is a higher system.
