1. Upload the no-cache-ajax-widgets.zip file via the plugins upload menu in WordPress or via FTP to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through WordPress.
3. Visit Appearance >> Widgets.
4. You will see a new widget type right at the top called “AJAX Widget”. Drag and drop it to any widget area, add your content, and save.
5. Enjoy your fast caching site with dynamic content.
