NT Post Hit/View Counter display how many hits your post/ page got, how many times a page is opened. You can put the short code anywhere in your theme code.

Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Upload NTPostHitViewCounter.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory. You can do this using ‘Upload’ functionality provided in plugins section of your wordpress dashboard
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Go to Settings and Hits Counter Options and copy the following shortcode <?php get_HitsCounter();?> in to your WordPress post or page.
  4. Save it.
  5. That`s it.

How to editing display of counter?

If you wanna put an Icon before or next to the Hit Counter, i advice you using CSS Like :

.heading-counter { background: url(images/counter-icon.png) no-repeat left; padding-left: 24px; }
