Oktopost Tracking Code

Oktopost’s WordPress plugin allows Oktopost customers to install the Oktopost tracking code on their WordPress websites and blogs.

About the code

• The code is loaded asynchronously, so it won’t slow down your site
• We automatically use https when appropriate
• The code can be used across multiple websites and subdomains

From your WordPress dashboard:

1. From your dashboard, click on “Plugins” in the left sidebar
2. Add a new plugin
3. Search for “Oktopost”
4. Install “Oktopost Tracking Code”
5. Once Installed, click Settings → Oktopost
6. Enter your Oktopost Account ID (can be found under My Profile) and press Save Changes

Manually via FTP:

1. Unzip the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Once installed, go to Settings → Oktopost, enter your Oktopost Account Id and save changes
