One post widget
Show recent post in widget area so the widget title/content itself is given post title and contents. You can choose queue which post to show from recent posts or just give specific ID.

Installation
The “One post widget” can be installed and activated in 4 easy steps:
1. Unzip "one-post-widget" archive and upload extracted folder named "one-post-widget" into your "plugins" folder (/wp-content/plugins/)
2. Activate the plugin under "Plugins" menu in admin area by clicking on "Activate" for the "One post widget" plugin.
3. Add "One post widget" widget into sidebar in themes menu, add options and you are set.
4. Now sidebar on public side should show your selected content
