Service: Google Gemini API (https://www.google.com/search?q=generativelanguage.googleapis.com)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Google Gemini API key free?

Yes, Google provides a generous free tier that is more than enough for most websites. It allows for thousands of summaries per month at no cost.

Does this plugin store my content?

No. The plugin only sends the text of a post to the Google AI API for the purpose of generating a summary. The summary is then stored in your site’s database to prevent repeated API calls. Your original content is not stored or shared elsewhere.
