The plugin is simple to install:

• Download post-meta-data-manager.zip
• Unzip
• Upload post-meta-data-manager directory to your /wp-content/plugins directory
• Activate the “Post Meta Data Manager” list plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
