You can install Prices by User Role Lite via the WordPress plugin uploader without unzipping the file:

1. Log into your WordPress admin panel
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New
3. Click Upload
4. Click Choose File and select the woocommerce-prices-by-user-role-lite.zip
5. Click Install Now
6. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
7. Go to new WooCommerce section in Admin Bar
