1. Upload the ‘mi-quick-popup-anything’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory.
2. Activate the “Quick Popup Anything” list plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Navigate to Dashboard Menu->Quick Popup to configure the plugin.

Does this plugin work with newest WP version and also older versions?

Yes, this plugin works really fine with WordPress 5.4!
It also works great with WP 3.5 – and also should with WP 3.0 – but we only tested extensively with WP 3.5 and 4.0. So you always should run the latest WordPress version for a lot of reasons.
