1. Upload RealtyCandy MailChimp IDX Broker Connector to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

3. Be sure you have activated your free RealtyCandy account

4. Setup a MailChimp account

5. Setup a IDX Broker account
