1. Upload wp-vertical-post-ticker to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

After Activate the plugin Go to Settings–>Vertical Ticker Settings

Can i change the directions of Ticker ?

Yes, you can change it with two options like up and down.

Is there any option to set, how many post to show in ticker ?

Yes,you can set the number of post to show n ticker through admin settings

Can i able switch to horizontal mode ?

No, Now we only have option for vertical.
