1. Upload rk-wp-hreview folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Create or edit a page or post and enter your rating and other details into the box shown

My Google result is not showing my review

Unfortunately adding hReview markup does not guarantee that your review will show in Google. Google have complete control of weather your review will show in the stars format or not through their complex algorithm.
