Frequently Asked Questions

Who can use the login button?

Only logged-in users with the Administrator role will see and be able to click the button. Other users and visitors will not see anything.

Where do I get my ScalaHosting API Key?

Log into your ScalaHosting dashboard or SPanel or HostPanel API section. Generate or copy your existing API token.

Can I style the button?

Yes. In Tools > ScalaHosting, use the color pickers and text-size slider to customize background, hover background, text color, and font size. Live preview included.

What if login fails?

Ensure your API Key, URL, email and usernames are correct. Also confirm your server’s /spanel/api.php or /hostpanel/api.php endpoint is reachable and SSL-verified. Errors are displayed in WordPress’s standard error screens.
