1. Download the plugin & install it to your wp-content/plugins folder (or use the Plugins menu through the WordPress Administration section)
2. Activate the plugin
3. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options > Shipping Zone.
4. Select your option.
5. Save and enjoy!

   If checked, other shipping would be un-available when this is available.

   If checked, this shipping method will show even if Its hidden by free shipping.

3. 

   Select Conditional Shipping Option from the shipping options.

   Add Amounts Here and save, any empty amount will be considered free.
