After Activation

After activation, a new option box for redirects will appear on the edit screen of your posts.

1. Upload Simple Page Redirect to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Edit any page and add the destination URL to the text option metabox on the top right.

To remove a redirect, simply blank out the field.
