Description

Smart Order Notifier connects your WooCommerce store to WhatsApp using the Meta Cloud API, allowing you to send real-time alerts to:

  • Store Admins (e.g. new orders, status changes)
  • Customers (e.g. order placed, shipped, completed)

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory or install from the WordPress plugin repository.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen.
  3. Go to Settings > Smart Order Notifier.
  4. Enter your Meta Cloud API Access Token, Phone Number ID, and WhatsApp template names.
  5. Configure your admin and customer phone numbers and message templates.
