Installation

  1. Upload “init.php” to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to the Social Engage menu in the WordPress admin.

No. WordPress 2.7 changed the way options were updated, so the options page will only work on 2.7 or later.

I use it myself and works great

I have created this plugin to track my own blog's social sharing stats and it works perfectly fine. Other plugins are not actively being developed and counts are not accurate. Please comment for any feature requests and I will try to accommodate in my future updates.
