1. The Welcart e-Commerce plugin is installed.

2. You have the wordpress theme installed for the Welcart e-Commerce plugin.

3. With the installation of the SPF_WCT plug-in, there must be human resources who can operate and technically maintain the Welcart e-Commerce plug-in.
