Release Checklist

• Before zipping a release, exclude WordPress.org directory-only assets (screenshots, banners, icons). Upload those separately via the WordPress.org SVN assets directory once the plugin is approved.
• Name the distributed archive srm-embed-smart-report-maker.zip and ensure the root directory and main plugin file both match the slug.

Smart Report Maker is a separate commercial product and not bundled with this plugin.

1. Upload the plugin zip or install from WordPress plugins screen.

3. Ensure you have a running copy of Smart Report Maker.
4. In SRM, go to Embed Manager → SRM WP Plugin.
5. Copy your embed configuration (resource URL + key).
6. Create a shortcode in WordPress using the plugin admin panel.
