No form modifications needed! Simply install the plugin, enter your API key, and start receiving notifications.

How It Works
- Install and activate the plugin
- Go to Settings > Submission Tracker
- Enter your API key from submissiontracker.com.tr
- Done! You’ll now receive push notifications for all form submissions
Get Your API Key
To get your API key, you must first install our iOS application from the Apple App Store.
- Download “Submission Tracker” from the App Store.
- Sign up and start your 1-week free trial directly inside the app (via In-App Purchase).
- The app’s setup wizard will guide you to your API Key.
- Paste that key into the settings page below.

This plugin sends form submission data to Submission Tracker API for push notification delivery.

What data is sent:
* Form field names and values submitted by users
* Form name/title
* No other WordPress data, user information, or site data is transmitted

This plugin sends form submission data to Submission Tracker’s API (submissiontracker.com.tr) when forms are submitted. The data transmitted includes:
- Form field names and values
- Form name/title
- Submission timestamp (added by API)

Installation
Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Search for “Submission Tracker Connector”
- Click “Install Now” and then “Activate”
Manual Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the ZIP file and click “Install Now”
- Activate the plugin
After Installation
- Go to Settings > Submission Tracker
- Enter your API key (get one at submissiontracker.com.tr)
- Click “Save Changes”
Note: You must have Contact Form 7 or Elementor Pro installed and activated for this plugin to work.
