TD Ticket System

A simple ticket support system for WordPress. Maintain reliable communication with customers without the worry of missing emails.

1. Upload the “td-ticketsystem” folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Create a new Page in wordpress to be used for the user end of your ticket system. And place this code in the page:
   [ticket_system]
4. Visit the “Settings” menu to made any desired adjustments to the default settings.
