How it works – example

1. An item in the store costs 100 euro.

2. A customer wants to buy the item and selects to pay with Bitcoin.

3. An invoice is generated and, according to the current exchange rate, the price is 5,000 euro per bitcoin, so the customer has to pay 0.02 bitcoins.

4. Once the invoice is paid, the merchant gets a notification and is credited 100 euro.

To be able to use the plugin you have to create an account on https://tinkl.it

1. Install the tinkl.it Woocommerce Payment Gateway. It can be done in three ways:

• Install through WordPress Plugin Manager: Admin » Plugins » Add New » Enter “tinklit woocommerce” in search » Click “Install Now”

• Upload ZIP: Admin » Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin

• Extract ZIP and upload extracted directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ through FTP

1. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

2. Create API Credentials in tinkl.it (or staging.tinkl.it for testing)

3. Check “Enable Cryptocurrency payments via tinkl.it” checkbox in tinkl.it WooCommerce Plugin settings
