Vanilla Contact Form

This is a very simple contact form plugin that uses the wp_mail() function to send messages. The form is styled using Bootstrap 4 CSS, so it will visually fit well with many WordPress themes that use some of the default Bootstrap styles.

After downloading and installing the plugin, activate it and simply place the shortcode [vanilla_contact_form] wherever you want the form to display in your page. The email messages are delivered to whatever email address is set as the administrator email for the WordPress account.

Where are the emails sent?

All messages sent via the form are delivered to the administrator email address that is set for the WordPress account.

How do you display the form?

After the plugin is installed and activated, simply paste the shortcode [vanilla_contact_form] wherever you want the form to appear on your page.
