External services

This plugin connects to Vivid Money’s API to process payments through their service. It is required to enable transactions between the customer and the merchant using the Vivid Money platform.

When a customer initiates a payment via Vivid Money, the plugin sends the following data to the Vivid Money API:
– Transaction details (amount, currency, order ID)
– Customer information (name, email, billing address)
– Merchant account credentials (API key or token, securely stored in plugin settings)

This data is sent during the checkout process when a customer chooses to pay via Vivid Money.

To use the plugin you need to have a Vivid Business Account and complete card payments onboarding.

If you don’t have a Vivid Business account:
* Sign up for a Business account
* Enable card Payments in “Get Paid” section
* Indicate a category that most closely defines your activities
* Provide the domain of your [WooCommerce] website when asked about website of your business

If you already have a Vivid Business account, but you have not completed card payment onboarding:
* Once logged-in into Vivid Business web portal click on Get Paid section
* Click Enable Card Payments and follow the steps to fill in the information of your business
* When prompted, provide the domain of your [WooCommerce] website
