Yes. You can set up an expiry date for the offer. You can also schedule an offer to get activated at a future date.

Are the discounts visible in the product page ?

You can show a crossed-out original price along with a discounted price.

Can I create multiple offers?

Yes. You can create any number of offers using the plugin.
