   Using this shortcode also admin can change the layout, in this user information show in a list format after feedback.

1. Upload Whook-Testinomial.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Unarchive Whook-Testinomial.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
