Add though your wp-admin’s plugin page, by clicking “Add New” then searching for “WordPress Pages Advanced”

or manually,

1. Upload ‘wp-pages-advanced’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Goto ‘Pages’ and you see the plugin doing it’s work
4. You are done!
