Non Functional -- Required Framework Missing

NON Functional Requires some framework I can't find anywhere, in admin says the SSL has expired when attempting to install through plugin, manually went to site which has an SSL for some other domain "nzz.ch" Basically you won't be able to use the plugin so don't waste your time installing it. Dev: When/If you fix this let me know and i'll adjust my review.
