YouLive to Travel’s WordPress plugin allows existing YouLi customers and trial users to install the YouLi plugin on their existing WordPress blogs and websites.

From your dashboard, click on “Plugins” in the left sidebar
1. Add a new plugin
1. Search for “YouLivetotravel”

Once Installed, click Settings → HubSpot Settings
Enter your Hub ID and press “Save Settings” (your Hub ID can be found with the product version at the bottom of your HubSpot Dashboard. Once you’ve entered it into the plugin settings, click the Click here to authenticate button. You’ll be asked to login to HubSpot and give access).

1. Delete any existing ‘hubspot’ folder from the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
1. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
1. Use the Settings->YouLi screen to configure the plugin

1. Configure your plugin to show or hide the search header

How do I upload trips?

Login or Signup at https://youli.io then click ‘Create Trip’. Once you have added the itinerary and details, you can make it ‘Public’ -> ‘Listed’. Then it will be visible

Why aren’t my trips appearing when I use the short code?

Check that your trips are all set to ‘Public’ -> ‘Listed’. If they are and you still don’t see them, your account may not have the wordpress plugin enabled. If you are ‘Explorer’ then you’ll need to UPGRADE to be able to list your trips using the wordpress plugin. If you still have issues, open a support ticket support @ youli.io
