Your Planet Today displays a satellite map of the Earth in the sidebar of your blog. With the Google Maps
integration, you can zoom in and pan around. All the satellite images used to generate the map are between
3 and 36 hours old. With this widget you can monitor global weather patterns, dust storms, snow cover, and
air quality.

Installation

  1. Upload ypt_widget.php to the /wp-content/plugins/widgets/ directory
  2. Activate the ‘Your Planet Today’ through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Place the widget using the Presentation->Widgets configuration page
