<h4>How to verify Bialty is working</h4>
Bialty changes the rendered frontend HTML.
It does not change the Media Library field.
To verify Bialty correctly:

<li>Open the published page in a browser</li>
<li>Do not rely on the editor view</li>
<li>Clear all cache layers if caching is active</li>
<li>Inspect the <code><img></code> element in the rendered page</li>
<li>Check the <code>alt</code> attribute</li>

If the <code>alt</code> attribute matches the configured rule, Bialty is working.
If the Media Library still shows an empty or unchanged alt field, that is normal. Bialty does not write generated values back to stored metadata.

Ultra misleading title, which is unacceptable. 



Alt text for images attached to WooCommerce products is available only in paid version. The title is misleading, and this "detail" is nowhere to be found in the extremely long plugin description. 



It's ok to have a PAID version, but you have to be clear in the title and description about which features are included in the FREE version, and which on the PAID. This problem is highlighted my multiple users but you still have not updated the plugin description, instead you argue with them in the comments. Please tell the truth about your features and the 1-star reviews will stop coming.


Misleading title, WooCommerce is supported only in paid version


I like what this plugin does (the output is correct), but I wish it wrote to the database rather than run in the front end on every page load. For that reason, I won't be using it myself.



Another good thing is that it lets you choose if you want to overwrite existing values or not. Very important option.


Good plugin, missing 1 function

Two things I absolutely needed this plugin for was identifying and automatically, bulk updating image alt tags for custom post types and top be able to dynamically create the alt text from the filename.

On the "Welcome" splash page, the first thing I see is:

"GET BIALTY PRO TO ENABLE THESE FEATURES:
- Add Post Title or Image Name as Alt Attribute

I thought, "Well, the free version can't do that, but let's see what it can do".

But, then as soon as I'm stepping through the "tour", and I realize that the free version only works on "Post" and "Page", but not on any custom post types. I feel duped.


Although, I wouldn't say that the plugin name is deceptive, it does appear that the marketing department has buried the lede and failed to clearly (not opaquely) indicate that most features WooCommerce sites, News Sites, Directory sites, etc. need are only available in the Pro version.

Also, the fact that there are no YouTube tutorials on how to use this plugin gives one pause.

I've got nothing against premium plugins, but it seems like there is definitely something deceptive about how this plugin is marketed. I cant' quite put my finger on it.
