By using “Simply Change Author URL” The WordPress default users(authors) Slug and URL addresses will be changed automatically.
By Default Author URL is: <code>example.com/author/[username]/</code> 
after install this plugin URLs will be changed to: <code>example.com/user/[user_id]/</code>
