This plugin imports BuddyPress groups with their settings from a CSV file. It also supports <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-group-hierarchy/" rel="ugc">BP Group Hierarchy</a> plugin. 
Preapare CSV file, select bulk settings if needed and then click import. That’s all, enjoy.
