Customizer Plugin is a tool built for WordPress Theme Developers and Plugin Developers. It extends Customizer panel introduced in WP 3.4.
With Customizer Plugin you can:

Once you add your Theme Options to the Customizer’s panel you can save them to a .csv file and import into another project.
White-label mode
Future release will allow you to add controls to the front-end Customizer Panel, export them to a csv file and seamlessly integrate with your product (Theme or Plugin).

Admin Notice is a very simple plugin that allows you to display custom notices in the WordPress admin that is visible to all users.
Control over the notice text and styling is available from the plugin’s settings page.
Developers can use the <code>admin_notice_enable</code> hook to control the notice’s visibility on a more granular level. The following example demonstrates how to show the notice only in the “Posts” area of the admin.
