This plugin establishes a connection between your website and the CyBreed platform via an API, making it easy to access and configure the chat widget from the platform. Additionally, these connections allow direct communication with one of our chat models which helps you configure or understand how the plugin works.
<h4>Data Collection</h4>
Automatically Generated Identifiers (UUIDs): We generate and store random UUIDs to match ongoing conversations. These UUIDs help us keep track of session information but do not include personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, email, or other direct identifiers.
Non-Personal Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device information, browser type, and usage data. This information is generally used to improve our Services.
Conversations and Content: Conversations you have on CyBreed may be processed through our integrations with OpenAI. We do not sell these conversations or share them for marketing purposes. They are stored or cached as necessary to facilitate the AI-driven functionalities, subject to OpenAI’s own terms and conditions.
All this data is managed when you interact with the plugin or the implemented chat widget of your choice, as well as the helper widget displayed on the plugin’s dashboard.
