When a customer opts in, the plugin automatically triggers a tree planting via the 1clickimpact API when the order is completed. All customer-facing messages are admin-configurable and translatable.</p>

<p><em>The cost for tree planting is paid by the website owner (the store). There is no extra charge for the customer; you cover the cost of each tree planted.</em></p>

<h3>Usage</h3>
<p>To get started, go to <strong>WooCommerce > Tree Planting</strong> in your WordPress admin. Here you can:<br />
– <strong>Enter your 1clickimpact API key</strong> (required for planting trees and fetching stats)<br />
– <strong>Enable Test Mode</strong> to use the sandbox API for testing (no real trees will be planted)<br />
– <strong>Customize all customer-facing messages</strong> (checkout, thank you, shop notice, email, etc.)<br />
– <strong>Translate messages</strong> using WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate, or any compatible translation plugin<br />
– <strong>Adjust other plugin settings</strong> to fit your store’s needs</p>
