I chose this plugin mainly because it allowed multiple products to have their own knowledge base, something that sets this plugin apart from other plugins.It was easy to get going with nice out of the box designs that fitted well.I quickly upgraded to Pro, not that I actually needed the pro features ( nice that they are, the free version does a lot ) but because I want to support the plugin developer as I wanted this plugin to exist for the the long term.Being a plugin developer myself, I haven't need that much support, but when I have asked I have had quality support.Also the code is nicely written, with templates and hooks that make customisation straight forward.
