<h4>How does it work?</h4>
<p>The Product Reviews Import Export for WooCommerce Plugin takes CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file as input. You must create a CSV file and enter the Product Review details in a structured format as explained in the tutorial. This is to match each field of CSV file to the field of a particular Product Review that otherwise Admin need to input manually.</p>
<p>You can create the CSV from scratch or you can export the Product Review to get the format of CSV. You can use a spreadsheet program, such as LibreOffice, Microsoft Excel, or Google Spreadsheets for creating and modifying the CSV file. Save this file with extension .CSV. After entering all details about Product Reviews in spreadsheet, you can import Product Review to your online store. With this plugin, you can also export and download Product Review details as a CSV file.</p>

The plugin works very well. Just read the document and use the sample of the .cvs file they provide.

It works really well! Just read documentation.

The plugin did not work initially as mbstring was absent, and we were able to "guess" by looking at WooCommerce > Status, and the developer confirmed later. 

While it works perfectly now, there's definitely an opportunity to make error messages more clear to understand. But appreciate the developers quick response and willingness to fix it soon!

<p>When selecting one post type in the WordPress export screen, by default the linked media (attachments) are not included.</p>
<p>This plugin adds an “Export media with selected content” option. When checked, the plugin tries to find featured images and included media in the post_content, adding them to the export file.</p>

This plugin is a must for content migration. This should be the default behavior in WP.
