<p><strong>Welcome Screen</strong> — the first screen that your audience will see. Used for greeting and introductory information.</p>
<p><strong>Thank You Screen</strong> — the final screen of the survey. In addition to standard settings, you can add a “Share” button or a link redirect button.</p>
<p><strong>Yes or No</strong> — a simple question format with binary choice. You can add labels and choose icon styles.</p>
<p><strong>Single Choice</strong> — the respondent selects one of the proposed options. Settings allow random order of options and adding “your own answer”.</p>
<p><strong>Multiple Choice</strong> — allows selecting several answers at once. You can also enable random order and “your own option”.</p>
<p><strong>Media Choice</strong> — answers are presented as images or videos. Settings allow you to:<br />
