It was brought to my attention shortly after releasing this plugin that WordPress automatically flushes 
rewrite rules when you visit WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks. Ingenious, right? So don’t bother installing it, 
but feel free to check out the code if you are looking for an example of how to:

<li>Use the WordPress AJAX API in conjunction with your plugin options;</li>

Adds a "Flush Rewrite Rules" button to WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks.

Purge the <a href="http://nginx.org" rel="nofollow ugc">Nginx</a> cache (FastCGI, Proxy, uWSGI) automatically when content changes or manually within WordPress.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>The <a href="https://codex.wordpress.org/Filesystem_API" rel="nofollow ugc">Filesystem API</a> needs to function without asking for credentials.</li>
<li>Nginx and PHP need to run under the same user, or PHP’s user needs write access to Nginx’s cache path.</li>

purge_zone() need to check that rmdir() can purge all cache files or not

Does one thing and does it well. Nice work! 

This allows me to simply use fastcgi_cache + this plugin and be done with it, versus much larger plugins like WP Super Cache.
