<p>This plugin adds a new field in every post, where you can write a text that will be inserted in the related meta tag, located in the head section.</p>
<p>The main options page of the plugin, provides you with a default text area, where you can insert a default description that will appear in case the field in post page is empty.</p>

<p>The translation folder inside this plugin is redundant, but kept for reference.</p>

it's really foolish to stick a single meta description in the sitewide header template. that's duplicate content so google knows immediately it's poor quality. it will do more harm than good to your rankings.

Simple plugin doing exactly what it is supposed to without bloat. 
Maybe a button could be added to the Default Open Graph Image field, to select the image directly from the library instead of pasting its URL.

Works perfectly

The plugin works perfectly, it is extremely small (8kb zipped), which is a big plus, and the developer is super nice, very responsive and simply awesome.
