Things I really like and what I did not found in other plugins I tested:
- individual time slots per day
- nice design
- easy to set up (although its a bit confusing in the beginning)
- configurable submission form

Things that could be better:
- There is no custom css class for the first row (so its not possible to style these cells comfortable)
