<p>woocommerce-conversion-tracking uses <a href="https://appsero.com" rel="nofollow ugc">Appsero</a> SDK to collect some telemetry data upon user’s confirmation. This helps us to troubleshoot problems faster & make product improvements.</p>
<p>Appsero SDK <strong>does not gather any data by default.</strong> The SDK only starts gathering basic telemetry data <strong>when a user allows it via the admin notice</strong>. We collect the data to ensure great user experience for all our users.</p>
<p>Integrating Appsero SDK <strong>DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY</strong> start gathering data, <strong>without confirmation from users in any case.</strong></p>

Conversion Tracking for WooCommerce


Unfortunately, despite this being a "freemium" plugin (i.e. presumably funded through sales of the paid-version counterpart) - we had a negative experience (you can look in the support forum for the topic with title "doing_it_wrong: _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly"; the 'review' form doesn't allow direct adding of links) - which alerted us that the plugin is not supported or maintained in a sensible or timely fashion. Accordingly we stopped using it as we couldn't have confidence in how it's being looked after going forwards.


Stopped using due to serious maintenance issues


Plugin's "Deactivate" button is not working, they force you to give a feedback in order to deactivate the plugin.
