From the WordPress plugin directory (recommended)

1. Search “Admin Toolbar Live Clock” under Plugins → Add New, click Install Now, then Activate.

Manual upload

1. Upload the folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate via Plugins → Installed Plugins.

Finally, open Settings → Toolbar Clock, adjust options and click Save Changes.
